Paralives meshes work with tris or quads? 🤔 bc i see on their wiki.gg that meshes they show on their tutorials are quads and my sims CC are almost all tris and I only saved some blend files before tris bc my pc storage so... 😵

At the end I've decided that I'm not going to take medication for ADHD, I hate swallowing pills and I'm very anxious every time I'm forced to take them, so I'm fighting to get CBT from public health system. It's going to be complicated, maybe, but I think it's the best thing for me.
