2017 - 2018 - 2018 - 2019 - 2020

For 2020 I didn’t the board with a drawing from every month to show my growing, but I wanted to do something else related with my grow and I always wanted to do something like this, so I am doing it kkkkk 

Neshaa is the character that since when I started was my personal challenge and, at the same time, my main source of proud. It’s through her that anyone can see my grow, see my struggle, my mistakes and my screamly changes. She’s like that mark that I hit again and again at least once in a year, in a way that May, who came far after, couldn’t. 

2020 was the year when I stopped drawing, I felt stuck, I still feel stuck... but I stopped and I’ve decided that 2021 I would go back, I would start again. But to start again, I needed to look back a little bit and find value once again in the artist that I always wanted to be. 

I hope 2021 I mark another step through her too. And this post is a reminder to myself that even if I started from low, from the bottom, I need to just keep climbing, I will not see the changes at first, but the longer I keep going, soon they will come into view and I will know. Just like I know when I put all of those together and side to side.

Not the most happiest of times to be celebrating anything, I know. 

Even so, I suddlen felt like doing this for her and me, since it’s our birthday 🍰🎈 For those who don’t know her, she is my oldest Candy and oc, Neshaa. Yes, she is a kitsune and her partner is Armin.

This is me about to use my sketchbook. I pull up a picture of pinterest and I come with the shape and try to track down the small things that make the face so interesting and pretty.

It's not 100% committed to realism. Because it's not my style. At least, not what I want to do yet.

You can see that at my side I have color pencil, pen in many colors, of many styles and markers and some water color water base markers. I have two: blue and reddish-orange.

I'm always focused on shapes. Everything is a mess and I love it xD I just love experimenting with colors, with materials and register certain moments of my life through it. My sketchbook is for me to be free and crazy kkkkkk it's full of random things.

I'm just sharing because I hardly do kkkkkk at least not here.

Yesterday I finally finished my art trade with @angelxcre, my first time ever drawing Diaval and Maleficent! I’m actually not in the fandom of Maleficent, but I had a really nice time drawing them. 

It’s a huge honor making this art trade with angelxcre, cuz he is one of my favorites artists ever, I’ve been learning so much with his growth and creativity, inspiring me to be a better artist. That’s why took me so long to finish this one. Thank you again for the opportunity, man. Love you and your art <3
