പൊതിരെ തല്ലുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു അഭിനന്ദിനെ കൈയിൽ കിട്ടിയപ്പോൾ പ്രദേശ വാസികൾ. ഒരിക്കൽ പോലും കൈകൂപ്പി അവരോട് തല്ലരുതേയെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചില്ല. മുഖത്ത് നിന്നും ചോര ഒഴുകി കൺകോണുകളിൽ വന്നു നിൽക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു പക്ഷെ നേരിയ ഭയം പോലും ആ മുഖത്തില്ല. ശത്രു രാജ്യത്തോട് പകരം ചോദിക്കാൻ പോയി പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ടതാണ് അതിന്റെയൊരു ആകുലതയുമില്ലാതെ തല ഉയർത്തി അവർക്കൊപ്പം നടന്നു. ചോദിച്ച ചോദ്യങ്ങൾക്കെല്ലാം പക്വവും പാകവുമായ മറുപടി. തനിക്കെന്താ സംഭവിക്കാൻ പോകുന്നതെന്ന് വ്യക്തമായ യാതൊരു ധാരണയുമില്ല എന്നിട്ടും അവർ നൽകിയ ചായയും കുടിച്ചു കൂളായി താങ്ക്‌സും പറഞ്ഞു ഇരുന്നു. സിനിമയിൽ പോലും ചിത്രീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഹീറോയിസം എനിക്കുറപ്പാണ് പാകിസ്ഥാൻ ആർമിക്ക് പോലും അഭിനന്ദിനോട് അസൂയ തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ടാകും ഉണ്ടയില്ല തോക്ക് കൊണ്ട് സിനിമയിൽ വെടി വെച്ചു നടക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമല്ല ഫാൻസ്‌ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടത് അഭിനന്ദിനെപ്പോലെയുള്ള ധീരന്മാർക്ക് കൂടിയാണ്. ജയ്‌ഹിന്ദ്‌ . #abhinandanvarthaman #vardhman #indvspak (at Punjab, Pakistan) https://www.instagram.com/jewelannvi/p/BuiEjmVnIr7wryUYEt6TCXkJiOfMd4q7rqaMms0/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1hphawtjumr04
