lore question: how good is sex ed on vargon?
On vargon, all education is handled by the military! Excluding, of course certain private institutions. However, generally, sex ed is done very well! It's considered very important on vargon, as you wouldn't want to be unable to fight, especially if you're an active soldier.
However, that doesn't mean everyone takes it seriously. Vargonians may learn the stuff but not put it into practice for very dumb reasons like "I'm not a pussy" or "it feels better if I do it this way". Or the most common one "if I encountered an STD I would simply not get it. Obviously."
