Alright, all of these (at the moment) are works in progress as I finish rendering it all, but I have been working on them since January and been wanting to post about it for a while, so here it is! I have some other works in progress, but those are all from this month, so this is all the stuff I wanted to share. (as a bonus it’s all dragon age)

The first set is Cece (Cousland) in her starting armor, Ostagar battle armor, and then her Blighted Warden Armor. I was just starting to play Cece when I made these sketches (and I still haven’t finished her playthough actually lol) but I was torn between having a lot of fun in armor I rarely ever use in my go arounds vs being eternally frustrated that she was getting knocked out and around every few minutes. I have most of her story and what I’m going to do with her in game planned out, but all things considered, she’s still pretty much a newb and these were the armor sets that stuck out to me the most when I was playing (with her concussed ass).

The second set is all of Bethany Hawke, in my elf-blooded universe, which is why I had a lot of fun designing her but trying to keep her base look similar. Since she and Carver survived making it out of Ferelden (neither she or Carver got smashed luckily, can’t say the same for Sapphire, ouch), she was able to hold her own in Kirkwall, becoming a mercenary alongside Carver and Rae as Leon and Sapphire went along with Athenril. Eventually, when this is finished I’m going to go in detail with all the armor and why I chose to design it that way, but it’s kinda long for a WIP post.

Varyl (Mahariel) is the last two images, both of which are her in her starting outfit. It’s what she wears when she leaves her clan with Duncan to fight as a Grey Warden, but didn’t have to change because Duncan was taking her to gather other recruits. I just wanted a nice set of images with her starting staff and clothes since she’s a warlock and very different from most of my other builds.
