Due to this she doesn't care much for the southwestern Europeans in general (though has pleasant communications with Portugal). - kind to most of her siblings (except Peru and Guyana), favors Brazil mostly helping them with their problems as they do to her as well. Education: Has a general education, was in Spanish's school for her first few years, having a knowledge of mainly chemistry, mathematics, and the arts. History: Genesis was but a young child when Spain arrived, meaning very gullible and easy to take control over. Antonio made her believe at first that he had her best interest in mind, and she wasn't sure at first. Her land was hers, and she didn't /need/ anyone... Even though she voiced her complaints, Antonio didn't pay much attention to them and overthrew her, giving her unknown land a name: naming her after Venice ("Venezuela" literally translates to "little Venice"). For many years, Genesis worked hard, trying to overcome the rule of Spain, but was having little luck. For a few years, she seemed to accept her fate, working under Spain.. During these times, Venezuela went through tough times: such as suicidal and homicidal. She wanted to kill Spain, for all he had done to her, but couldn't bring her hand to it. Until one day she snapped, going after Spain and regretting it, due to it got her no where, with a less food supply. Though supposed to be a daughter, she knew her place was nothing of such a comforting word. In her mid teens she rebelled against his way, fighting for several years before finally gaining independence from him. When she first gained independence, she relied on her siblings, Columbia and Ecuador, for support until she got on her feet, becoming her own republic years later. During this time, she was kind to all the other countries (excluding Spain, of course). For awhile Venezuela paired up with Russia, becoming good friends. Venezuela even started to form a love interest and became a communist nation. And even though there was a love interest, she never expressed more into the thought or feeling than more than a petty crush. The two were good friends, and Venezuela prospered for a while, but as it slowly started to drift away from Russia, regaining its form of a Republic (though was affected by Russia, now a Socialist Republic). Venezuela is generally a lovely and beautiful young adult, though has her dark spots. And though can be cold with some, she tries to see the best in those who she has yet to encounter.
