Idk if this can be considered spoilers, but do you believe in the theory that WD and PD switched pearls? Like CG pearl used to belong to White but then she changed with Pink’s?

Nope! I don’t believe it, because there’s been several confirmations by the crew (including the official art book) that have said specifically that our Pearl (CG Pearl) was made FOR Pink Diamond. 

Obviously there’s still room for backtracking, but I am of the opinion that she was actually specifically manufactured by all the Diamonds (including white) and given to Pink Diamond immediately after.

about those two last asks, man do I HATE that. Like, I know that when you’re new to something you may at first you see the characters black and white; softening or making a character aggressive. Some people’s perspective change, but others deny the other flaws and important of the characters. And it just gets annoying.

yeah! some characters arent given a lot of depth in canon but some are but are watered down and it can get rlly annoying, especially if its just for shipping purposes

the weird au where River went off to join the CGs instead is quite strange 

but also her first few outfits would be pretty disingenuous, just haphazardly plastering a star on like ‘yeah im REALLY into this cg thing, for sure, look ihave a star. do you have a star? didnt think so’

her arcs would be coming over her egoism and having to genuinely acknowledge people on an equal level and realize shes not quite the best there is, you cant just be apart of a group breaking from traditional caste system and expecting to try and build it up where you want to be at the top instead

what are your thoughts on spinel?

I loooooooooove her, her singing voice, her silly jester actions its great 

like you knew there had to be something for fun on homeworld to entertain high ups so what spinel does answers that 

[along w how despite seeming like they shatter so many, the rejuvinator seems this is for second chances and that their crimes wasnt that severe ]

Everyones been in the spot Spinel has, someone or multiple people not giving back to the relationship as much as you are, holding on that okay maybe theyre just busy, but they end up just ghosting you its a good way of making people sympathize quicker and understand

also blows my mind completely that Spinel had no idea about the rebellion, rose, her whole thing and basically just found out her favorite person is dead in a weekend like imagine that
