heartbreaking... local man made it halfway through his library book, but then had to return it and get on the waitlist. heartwarming resolution to this one though- libraries hold many other books as well that he can read in the meantime, including ones with no waitlists
ordered in a psp charger to try and revive my old psp from the dead to play ff tactics....
i bought that game more than 10 years ago but never got around to playing it.. and it's been about that long since i've turned on my psp, so we'll have to see if it's like, decayed or something LOL
my physio holiday is coming to an end it seems.. got an appointment coming up on monday u.u;;
i haven't actually been to their office since mid-april bc the only physiotherapist got a job somewhere else, so they had to hire and onboard a new one before i could come in again lmao
of course, me being an eternal try-hard, in the meantime i've been doing the exercises as close to daily as humanly possible and consequently burnt myself out and got sick. so more accurately, i've been on holiday from having to go out to appointments akfjskfj

i. i'm actually reeling rn from how much lower my pain is than usual this morning
i didn't dare to hope that the new meds would help me this quickly... it has to be a placebo effect, right? "you may notice improvements in pain symptoms within one week" doesn't mean me, right? i'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop. there has to be a catch. it'll probably stop helping as much over time like all my other meds... but i guess i'll try to enjoy this while it lasts

pest control is spraying my place for bed bugs tomorrow, so we're gonna find out what management does when we decide to sit in the building lobby with our cat for 4 hours while we wait to be allowed back into our unit lmfao
usually we camp out on the balcony to wait it out, but like. minus 3 is too cold to sit outside for hours with a housecat 😭 they should invent a public indoor space where ur allowed to bring a cat in their crate and im not joking
