These vegan breakfast nachos are loaded with flavorful toppings and perfect for a satisfying morning meal. They're easy to make and customizable to suit your taste preferences. Whether you enjoy them as a weekend brunch treat or a quick weekday breakfast, they're sure to be a hit!
Ingredients: 1 bag of tortilla chips. 1 cup of black beans, cooked. 1 cup of diced tomatoes. 1 cup of diced avocado. 1/2 cup of diced red onion. 1/2 cup of sliced jalapeos. 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. 1/2 cup of vegan cheese sauce. 1/4 cup of salsa. 1 lime, sliced into wedges.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer. Cover the tortilla chips with black beans, diced tomatoes, diced avocado, diced red onion, sliced jalapeos, chopped cilantro, sliced black olives, and vegan cheese sauce. After the oven is hot, bake the nachos for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the vegan cheese sauce melts and the nachos are warm all the way through. Take the nachos out of the oven and drizzle them with salsa. With lime wedges on the side, serve hot.
