Moag's Jo's

My boyfriend asked me to make Moag's Jo's (my vegan version of Sloppy Jo's) - considering he was a strict carnivore for most of his life, and never really consuming legumes/veggies, I accept this!

He deserves better nutrition. So later on, I'll make sure to post the recipe and a photo. Making my Jo's are super easy and they taste delicious!  Can't wait to post later!

I love it when I convince meat eaters that vegan/vegetarian dishes are just as good, if not better than meat dishes, simply by supplying delicious nommy noms!

I'll certainly be stuffing myself tonight. \0/
