So there starts your slow burn of Optimus becoming obsessed with you, a little human engineer.
He convinces himself that you were an Autobot once. The Allspark recreated you in a human form. How else would you know how to care for him? It's a sign from Primus himself.
He becomes more demanding in a soft, authoritative kind of way. He's clever enough not to raise his voice. His tone still keeps that edge to it that makes your entire body shiver.
You can brush it off as his paranoia from being injured and separated from the Autobots. He eventually joins them again and begins speaking in Cybertronian. You can't help but wonder if his words had something to do with why all the bots are so protective and secretive over you, referring to you as Prime's conjunx.
Sounds like a car term. Perhaps it's the Cybertronian word for engineer. Right? Right?
Hi! Since you're open for Transformers, I was thinking about a reader who isn't an Autobot *or* a Decepticon, but some other Faction, like a Mercenary with a yandere TFP Ratchet.
I think Mercenary would work the best since they work for the team that pays them, so that gives the story the reason they're with the Autobots. You can do either romantic or platonic, or the unspecified version. Just some head cannons!

Anyways, reader who's in reverse 1999, they're completely from reverse 1999, no they're not isekaid there, and no they're not a player who played R1999 just straight up someone from the world of R1999.
You can decide if they're from team timekeeper, foundation, or Laplace! Either way they have a good relationship with almost all of the characters somehow, just casual friends!! Except their so called friends sees it as something more (yes yandere cuz ofc)
Now here...let me cook, like, the reader gets killed isekaid and becomes a Cybertronian!!! And now they're just trying to adapt and comprehend that they're now a completely different species all together while also trying to survive in a war with the Autobots!!
Now here's the thing...we all know that the transformers stuff is pretty wacky in their story sometimes, take G1 for example, straight up random bullshits lol, so imagine that the Decepticons or like another thing managed to make a portal, or like a universe crack that's connected to R1999!!!
I'm imagining IDW but either way you can decide for yourselves, anyways, now the Autobots are trying to fix the crack in the universe that made the two universes to collide into one another, because apparently if the crack isn't gonna close up in a long while both of the universes is gonna collide into one another and BOOM we all die.
Unfortunately Manus vindictae and the Decepticon ain't gonna let it slide for awhile so SOMEHOW the foundation and the Autobots decide to team up to try and get the crack in the universes to close up.
Now here's the good stuff, team timekeeper meets up with the Autobots to discuss some stuff same goes for the Laplace people cuz like...it's big giant talking robots!! Who wouldn't be interested in that??? And boom they met a pretty strong bot who's eerily similar to someone they used to know...
Lots of potential in the R1999 side, yk, the grief of losing reader, being obsessed with bot reader cuz they're so similar to someone they know, and the bots being more concerned and protective overtime (like they haven't already) when they see how....concerning these humans and..arcanists?? Are acting towards us, and they should be careful cuz some of them could definitely kill a bot or two since they have powers..
The bots are yandere if it isn't obvious, I mean come on! Reader who's completely from R1999 is definitely someone who's interesting in a way...so since they were a human/arcanist first and a Cybertronian second, some bots seems very interested in the way reader acts and thinks...
Everything kinda goes into chaos when the people from R1999 realises the bot they think is so eerily similar to someone they used to know is actually the someone they used to know, AKA reader (I feel like aleph or Enigma is going to be the first few who realises it's us than anyone else)...
And now they're kinda trying to find a way to bring bot reader to THEIR universe and stay there, and unfortunately the Autobots (and decepticons) ain't gonna let that slide.
I imagine the reader as someone who doesn't treat someone differently (which is a big thing apparently in the transformers universe...wow an actually genuine kind caring bot, that's rare!) kind, caring, calm, and definitely a powerhouse! If reader is an arcanist I'd imagine that they're an outlier when they became a bot, it could be such a big hint for the R1999 characters when they see bot reader's outlier ability! Isn't that THEIR readers arcane ability???
The reader was sweating BULLETS when they realised that the universe that collided to their universe was actually the universe they used to be in, they want the people they used to know to not realise their identity because...well reader probably experienced some not so great experiences from them all..(they miss them all though for some reason... definitely Stockholm syndrome talking though)
which makes them not that easy to control, manipulate, etc because theyve experienced it before hand and all the time they spent being a Cybertronian makes them realised just how fucked up their situation was back then, and they're devastated to see the autobots (and decepticons), their friends slowly going to the same path as the people they know back then
Now you have the Autobots whos growing more protective, clingy, and controlling everytime the people from the different universe comes to you more and more, the Decepticons who's trying to take convince you to join their side, and the people YOU USED TO KNOW trying to somehow make you come back home...

Ok, let me add more to this Idea, I do imagine it lining it up to IDW, but hear me out, Reader once being a Foundation member, before ultimately deciding to go with Manus after discovering the corruption within the Foundation.
I imagine Reader’s care and genuine concerns about the Foundation’s corruption made them inadvertently betray them to Manus Vindictae, and for that, Arcana pulls them into the group, whether Reader is human or arcanist it doesn’t matter as Arcana tries to bind you to her, forcing you through a painful process that would have made you a loyal monster, but Team Timekeeper messed up the ritual and so Reader is killed in the process.
So after the traumatic experience of being almost owned by two separate groups, when you are reincarnated into the Transformer’s universe, they decide to be a very hard neutral, like nothing will ever convince them to budge from their stance.
Even when you came online, you were odd, not because of your harsh neutrality, but by your Alt Mode, Retro futuristic in design, the grey, the white and black checkered on your servos, the details of gold, and you resented your entire being, unknown to both sides only that they know you hate you own frame.
I think it wasn’t until Optimus or maybe someone within the Autobots makes a genuine effort to understand Reader, and Reader hopes again, you get to believe that things are going differently, that you can have a second chance at your life.
Oh how heartbreaking it was when you saw similarities, how you begged for your sake that it wasn’t true, you didn’t say anything other than avoiding them and being cold like denying the fact that they have feelings for you.
That mistake is what made them more obsessive.
Your mistake came to confront you when your two lives collide together, when you saw people you used to know. And it wouldn’t take them long to realize your identity, now you run and hide, you can’t face them, you can’t fact ANYONE-

And as a consort, even if you are mainly their to give the Primes a reason to take a break or talk to them about Cybertronians’ concerns, you still have to be at work, so you are basically a sort of therapist that help with relationships, and also giving advice if it’s someone who needs help.
Like imagine, this is mostly a “peaceful” time, so it’s mainly cybertronians who are looking into this new concept and they want to try it out, but they gotta learn, and let’s just say you had to make an illustrative version of the bedroom manual, and then it turned into the norm, it’s almost concerning that Reader isn’t phased about drawing cybertronian anatomy, it’s gotten to a point where Reader made a statue to basically detox a bit before having a writer’s block and one of The Primes comes in and reader becomes very embarrassed about it.
Imagine being in altmode on the berth just out of sheer curiosity as to what the primes are gonna do, would they go in their own altmode? Would they stay in their larger frames? Or would they just follow instructions?
Either way, it’s going in the new chapter of the bedroom manual.

And yeah, Reader basically was the newbie in the job, and by that time, Reader only been there for a century or two. But Reader was unconsidered since they were seemingly more focused on their work, but it was strange when Reader had a datapad. Reader also done it to their supervisor once, Reader mistaken it for their colleague’s datapad. So it wasn’t the first time Reader accidentally caused something in the workplace, they had to lay low while their supervisor made a posting on the job’s network, basically something about the perpetrator going immediately to their office or an investigation opening up.
But yeah, imagine being hated as a concept so much that you’re getting a whole bunch of smut complete with detailed illustrations and all of the positions you didn’t even know possible, and Reader took the time to remember it all- INCLUDING positions in the alt-mode. No expense was spared, Kama Sutra position, Shibari bondage, the cuck chair, a lot of kinks like cum painting, fucking someone when they sleep, even overstimulation, crying, scent, anything that Reader could remember and Reader had a long time in researching that when they were human.
And their colleagues don’t know other than being introduced to stuff they didn’t know possible, you know that their conjunxed is thanking Reader for their contribution. I imagine Reader lives on in that place with a bit of infamy and also a funny work story to tell by the energon cooler, imagine the new workers come by and they wonder why they have strict rules about handling a datapad only for the supervisor just points them to the direction of where the rule came from.

Particularly the scenes where Robocop has a large spike that can input information and basically hack into machines and screens by inserting the spite into the female port of the dvd-looking thing (after all it was the 1980’s when Robocop was made)
So now I’m thinking of a RoboCop! Reader, having problems of identity and trying to reconcile with the fact that they are not the real [Name] while Cybertronians are just ogling at the exposed machinery of Reader’s head when Reader takes off their helmet.
Like hear me out— the armor is iridescent, Robocop literally is shown to be indestructible, follow orders, but they act out on actual emotions at times, PTSD from those that killed him, like this is massive Reader potential with Yandere! Cybertronians.
Though that now begs the question of Reader’s hand spike tech key is considered like genitalia, or like some valve toy? Maybe knotting since it locks into the female port when the spike is twisted in.
