The level of happiness I feel between these photos is insane. They are only around 7 months apart and in the first one I was nearly 5 stone heavier, whats scary is knowing i was showing off weight loss in the first picture, but now when I study my thighs and just general heaviness in it I could be sick! I lost 4 stone just by switching to a plant based diet (I would say and watching what I eat but after I travelled europe I got used to living off fries and coke and still no weight gain, magic!) My body stopped losing for a while there (the fries got to me 😂) so I'm taking in more plant power and now at the gym! Still a good bit of the journey to go but so glad my body is doing exactly what I want it to, guess it helps always being busy these days! But yes, plant power is the way! 💪💪💪 And for the record I am not saying to go vegan for weight loss because its maybe the least reason you should as everyones bodies are different it has just benefited mine but overall go vegan folks!
