Ingredients: 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours or overnight. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Instructions: Drain and rinse the soaked cashews. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, water, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, minced garlic, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
