THE FIRST ALBUM AVAILABLE ON NES CARTRIDGE
Chiptune is not a genre I listen to fanatically, but Vegavox more than justifies its inclusion here for being the first album to be pressed onto a fully playable NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) cartridge. 170 copies of Vegavox were made by hand, and Mauer followed it up with two more NES chiptune releases, 'Colour Caves' and 'Vegavox 2'.
