ok so here's what i took from it bach boch brockh or whatever his name is, is the source of all the quincy powers. Ichigo has parts of the quincy powers, so that's likely why tensa takes the form of bocksomething. Despite that, he's part of ichigo and not /actually/ that guy. I doubt it's actually the guy consciously pretending to be tensa maybe?? So that's why he cried etc. It reminds me of like clones a weird way.
