Jack Shephard. GOING NOSTALGIC ON YOU AMIE.
REMEMBER WHEN I RP'ED JACK FOR LIKE TWO MONTHS OR SOMETHING??? That was lots of fun :3 And I had the best journal name for him too, until GJ ate it.
Why I like them: Jack was the moral anchor that kept Lost balanced, at least in the beginning. I liked that he was the one who stepped up to lead everyone - because SOMEONE had to - and I always loved his backstory with his dad and Claire and all the thiiiiings. He was always my man of science and I loved him for that.
Why I don’t: JACK. YOU LEFT THE ISLAND AND TURNED INTO A DUMPSTER FIRE. WHAT THE HELL, MAN. I WAS ROOTING FOR YOU. WE WERE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU.
Favorite episode (or scene): A WHOLE BUNCH. All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues and Man of Science, Man of Faith always stand out.
Favorite season/movie (if applicable): S1!Jack will forever be my favorite.
Favorite line: "We either live together, or we're gonna die alone."
Favorite outfit: JACK + SUITS = OTP
OTP: Jack/Kate. I felt that ship worked miles better than Kate/Sawyer... until Jack fucked it up anyway.
Brotp: Jack and Sayid. Because Jack always had these plans, and Sayid would be there to carry them through, because Sayid would always do the things Jack would say he would, but couldn't bring himself to. Like torturing Sawyer.
Head Canon: So many feels re: Jack and Claire's relationship. Really wanted to see more of them getting to be siblings :(
Unpopular opinion: I'm not into Jack/Sawyer as a ship. Buddies? Sure. Banging each other? Nope. Not my ship.
A wish: I would have done a LOT of S6 differently. I know they had a lot of ends to tie in, but a lot of it felt rushed, which I was not a fan of.
An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen: The last shot of the series. With Vincent. I think I bawled over that for days. I'm still not over it. I think it was made worse because I'd just lost my dogs a few weeks before the finale aired and that was all I could think of.
5 words to best describe them: doctor, control freak, leader, obsessed, savior complex (that's more than five, technically, I don't care)
