I know that there is lots of propaganda for Vermithor to be either Baelor's or Maekar's mount.

But consider this:

Vermithor & Daeron II.

The Good King with the Bronze Fury. Vermithor likes his old wise men with hidden depths. I feel like Daeron could fit.

Meleys & Baelor + Caraxes & Maekar

The Red Queen is normally a girl's girl, but Baelor is her Exception! He's her dark-haired heterochromia boy! A mix of Alyssa's and Rhaenys' features.

And the Blood Wyrm and Maekar...I cannot explain it really except for vibes. Caraxes is a misfit, and he and Maekar would be equally grumpy the next time someone mispronounces Maekar's name as Meercat.

Plus: Our two best bros both atop red dragons?! Love the imagery.

In this universe Daemon Blackfyre would have claimed the Cannibal (first ever person to do so). So it would literally be two red dragons against the black one.
