WHO COOKS?
They both do. Jesse’s lived by himself for close to ten years, and if he didn’t learn how to cook for himself, he would have gone broke during the early years when he couldn’t afford to live off takeout. Kitty tends to cook during the week when Jesse’s running ragged getting the club ready for the weekend, but he likes to grill out on the weekends. He also makes breakfast almost every morning before Kitty has to go to class.
WHO DOES THE LAUNDRY AND OTHER CHORES?
Jesse. He’s a neat-freak to almost obsessive-compulsive levels.
HOW MANY CHILDREN DO THEY HAVE?
Four, three boys and one girl. All under the age of six. Jesse’s mind is still blown about it. He never thought he wanted even one kid, and now he has four. He panics about it on an almost nightly basis. Kitty loves it. Every time he freaks out, she reminds him he can always get a vasectomy. …He never does.
WHO’S MORE DOMINANT?
They actually have a fairly even balance. Jesse would like to say he’s the dominant one, but Kitty has a knack of knocking him down a peg or two — or fifteen — any time he gets too full of himself. She’s also definitely the dominant one in the bedroom.
FAVORITE NON-SEXUAL ACTIVITY?
Dancing, either going out to dance together, going to different performances around the city or teaching classes, separately or together.
FAVORITE PLACE TO BE TOGETHER?
Either on a dancefloor somewhere, anywhere, or in bed together watching movies. They don’t exactly cuddle like most normal people do, but they always hold hands. At some point Kitty pointed out their similarity to otters, and the comparison has stuck ever since.
ANY TRADITIONS?
On a hectic day, they’ll pointedly make time to go out with one another, find the greasiest, carbloadiest food truck they can and take thirty minutes to chill out and regroup. They also take a whirlwind, hedonistic trip to Vegas once a year, usually only for forty-eight hours, before getting back to their real world.

WHAT DO THEY DO ON THE HOLIDAYS?
Kitty usually controls whatever their holiday plans are. Sometimes they involve her family. Sometimes they involve traveling. Sometimes they involve staycationing at a hotel in the city. Sometimes they involve nothing but spending the whole day in bed together, relaxing and doing absolutely nothing.

ANY PETS?
Kitty’s golden retriever, The Captain.
WHAT DO THEY FIGHT OVER?
What don’t they fight over?
DO THEY GO ON VACATIONS? IF SO, WHERE?
Beaches, usually. All over. They tend to prefer the tropical to the northern and South and Central America if they’re going somewhere continental, but sometimes Jesse’s work will take them to London or Paris or Berlin or Barcelona, and they don’t mind that either.
