Diane Hiatt is another veteran’s sabre fencer who could be nominated for the Hall of Fame! She started fencing when she was 63, and is currently No 1 in the US in veteran 70 women’s sabre and a multiple medalist at the veteran world championships. You can watch one of her bouts here. You will wish that you could do that when you’re 72.
