This is new?
This newfangled Tumblr text scenario is really setting me off..bunch of hipster cunts.
Right so, people who read my blog (all 3 of you) keep getting annoyed that I started deleting my OC text posts and then failing to write anything down at all so here I am at 13:51 pouring the remainder of my energy into something I can barely be bothered with.
First of all I'm fine, thanks for asking. I'm a little more inside my own head than usual lately I guess but thats nothing new or interesting. I turned 24 a couple of days ago and somehow it's triggered some sort of major quarter life crisis situation and I keep waking up, realising that my life is fairly average-to-poor? (like what am i DOINGGG?!) BUT I'm sorting it out.
Having friends around on Friday made me realise how much I miss not being cripplingly lonely everyday and I really want to move back to Surrey or Amsterdam or Manchester or London or ANYWHERE(!). Brighton has been great but there's something very un-organic and false about things here as ironic as that sounds. I can't relax, I very rarely get any real sleep, I panic about ridiculous things that are absolutely nowhere near happening, My cortisol levels are through the fucking roof, I haven't booked any of my recommended counselling sessions out of pure embarrassment, the pill is making me fat, I killed Mr Burns. The list goes on...
Now that the sun is coming out and I can venture out into the wilderness after work instead of being trapped in my concrete prison cell attic room, perhaps I'll become a little more optimistic about life. Who knows? I don't.
Peppermint Gum and Water
Guys.
I know my blogs haven't been very funny as of late (when are they ever funny?) but I'm getting there. You'll see...You'll all see!
I know everyone says this after something happens to them, but in the last couple of weeks, my friends have well and truly been there for me to cheer me up and to talk to me when things go bad. Even if they live 5000 miles away *cough* (Alex)!
I have no idea what I would do without my family. They are my rocks, my everything and always give me a shoulder to crii evrytym on. This has happened before and it will probably happen again and I know I can get through it. It's a tough journey but I'm a tough old bugger ain't I?
So I've got Kelis' album "Tasty" on full blast and I'm online shopping for my perfect dresses for LA in ONE WEEK (HOLLAAAA) Since i've lost over a stone this year, I've gotta get me some new threadz, sunglasses and shoes.
Amazing! <3
I'll write something worth thinking about soon okay guyz x
Green Tizzle to the Mizzle
After several cups of green tea, I have inadvertently caffeinated myself into oblivion, but alas, here we go for another ride on the "IHateVictoria" epiphany train. CHOOO CHHHOOOOOOOOO!
Unlike most of the other times I write this loathsome piece of crap I call a blog, I am here to deliver some good news. I have actually accomplished stuff. I feel like a real human being - making progress and doing...stuff! Useful stuff. Stop writing stuff, you sound like an incoherent moron.
Does anyone remember my blog about New Years Resolutions? No? I didn't think so, I write a lot of rubbish, but here we go. My little recap of the situation:
1. NO MORE SMOKING. NOT EVER. I AM 100% SERIOUS.
2. GET FIT. NOT SKINNY (I AM SO OVER BEING THIN) I WANNA BE A SUPERHUMAN! SO I KIND OF REALLY WANNA DO THE INSANITY WORKOUT AND GET REALLY TONED.
3. LEARN TO DRIVE - YES VICKY, YOU WILL LEARN TO DRIVE. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE YOU KNOW WHO CAN’T.
4. EARN A BIT MORE MOOLAH
5. DRINK LESS
6. GROW ANOTHER 6 INCHES OF LUSCIOUS NATURAL LOCKS AND PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR OTHER BLOG FOR BENJAMIN’S SAKE!
1. I don't even want one. Green smoothies are better and don't smell like ass.
2. The abs are back with a vengeance!
3. Happenin'
4. So far, so good. Not saying any more on the subject.
5. I ain't had a bloody drop I'll have you know.
6. Yes, half an inch and yes, more to come!
So, I am feeling so super fine right now, I don't think anything can bring me down...apart from the snow. I kind of wanted to run 5k this weekend but I haven't gotten out of my pyjamas since Friday and it is now Sunday night. Ahh "ce la vie" eh?
Anyway, more to come on my "GrowingCurls" blog when I have a decent laptop and camera to put to use. My little pink machine is dying the slow death and cannot even handle Google Chrome for more than half an hour (RIP *sadface*)
But, before I go, I just wanted to give a shout-out to someone I've only recently started following: Francheska "Hey Fran Hey"
As someone who grew up with several ailments such as allergies, eczema and other general health issues, I have been trying to better myself because (as tonnes of people drone on about) "You are only given one body - so look after it". The sickeningly GORGEOUS Francheska has loads of natural beauty, food and fitness tips on her blog, so I'd give it a read if you have time. Extra points for being multi-racial too!
Anyway, after that nauseatingly positive blog I just wrote, I am going to prepare myself for work tomorrow - if I can actually get there.
Good night little slugs
CHOW x♥
Kellogg's Corn Flakes
Hello guys and dolls, it's been a long time comin'
I would post more but either I have nothing interesting to say or I start freaking out while I'm typing because I am supposed to be finishing my University work and the overwhelming feeling of intense guilt floods over me!
I have 5 (I think it's five) more assignments to complete and then it's over, I'm a free woman! Free to do whatever I like in the world of media. Mwahaha...cough cough.
Anyway, off topic slightly. I wanted to talk about my time in America. It was incredible. What really concerned me though, was the obsession that Americans had over my mundane, Received Pronunciation Southern English Accent...its BORING haha! Americans have a more animated, interesting, happy tone to their voices, I sound like I'm upset or bothered about something ALL the TIME. I would absolutely love to live there for a few years just to soak up the beautiful Californian accent. Beautiful.
England was such a disappointment when I came home, it was mild and grey as usual. Bad traffic as usual. Unbreathable air. (Along with the impending doom of University) It's just not all that great! I don't know why people were constantly saying that they would love to go to England. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't. It's bleak and uninteresting.
I had a fantastic time with Alexander and the rest of the House of Anubis cast though! I haven't met such a lovely genuine bunch of people in a really long time. We had so much fun in the week, going to Rodeo Drive, Hollywood Boulevard and many food joints ♥ grand week.
The KCA pre party and the KCA's were just unbelievable. The atmosphere was stunning and I genuinely don't think I've ever felt so hyper! I got to meet Victoria Justice, Tom Kenny, Jennette McCurdy, Noah Munck, Leon Thomas, Adam Sandler, Ariana Grande, the kids who play Dora and Boots in Dora the Explorer and some of the Super Ninjas! (Probably forgot someone there...) I also got to meet some amazing people like Taylor Munck and her family who showed me around and hung out with me just before the show (lovely family!) and I met the McClain sisters and Tiffany Espensen who are just the sweetest people. What a lovely day.
I'll post some piccies ♥
Peace out followers xxx
