    When it comes to getting pulled into an alleyway in Lestallum, what’s the one thing you expect? A mugger? Bounty hunter? Pickpocket? Would you ever expect to see the person you stabbed and thought you killed? No? That’s what Axis thought too, but he was wrong. As he was forced up against the brick building, his eyes widened at the man in front of him.

“Chill, chill, it’s just me!”

Sneaking back into the outpost should’ve been a breeze, if only she remembered that tonight Luche is taking over some injured hunter’s position of keeping watch. Iris is on her ass, nursing a bloody nose and regretting not going back in through the northern fence instead. 

Whether Luche thought that she was some intruder or knew it was her, she supposes that either way she deserved the hit. It won’t do the entire crew any good if they found out she had snuck off, or if she causes a bit of panic if they think that someone or thing manages to get into the safety of their fortress without any of them noticing. 

But gods is being confined in the med tent boring. She’s well enough to do small hunts on her own, or even just gather some ingredients from the woods nearby, but Gladio doesn’t seem to think so. 

“Uh--ffhh,” she huffs through the trail of blood trickling down her lips to her chest, wiping it with the back of a hand, “lis’eh, cah we mebeh not tell Gladdy abou’ ‘is?”

⚰️ + Luche

Send “⚰️ + a character ” for a drabble where my muse found out that character has died.

    He’d sent Luche out only six hours earlier.  He’d pressed the gun into his glaive’s hand and looked him in the eyes as he told him that this was the only way.  Crowe had to die, she couldn’t be allowed to make it to Tenebrae. Luche was the one he trusted to do it most.  They were friends, after all.  Crowe would trust him.

    It wasn’t an ideal situation, Titus never relished sacrificing one of his soldiers, but there was no choice.  They were too close to the signing ceremony to let one glaive get in the way.

    Titus heard his door open and turned around, prepared to congratulate Luche.  Instead he saw Crowe Altius, disheveled and angry looking.  Titus opened his mouth to say something, but the black mage just shook her head.  “Luche is dead,” she said, and Titus felt the room shift with the power of her magic.  

    “What happened?” The captain’s hand moved towards his sword slowly.

    Crowe smiled, but it looked more like a snarl, “You can ask him about that yourself.”  She lifted the gun and fired.

Hey popping in to talk about a post you made about Luche asking Nyx if the Princess was with him. I think it's because Nyx's orders were to guard Lunafreya. Drautos told him that right before finding out about Crowe. Luche probs knew about said orders, but not about any reassignments like Nyx being on duty at the Citadel [my question is why he was on duty at the Citadel when Drautos had literally told him that he was to guard Luna, other than you know him snatching of with her as Glauca.]

You’re right, my thought exactly xD but also … If you watch the movie over and over (like i did lately because i’m preparing hundreds of gifsets lol), you will notice some interesting details.

For example:

Nyx was assigned to take Luna to Regis the first time they met, and then Nyx had that talk with Drautos where he said “Your order is to protect her. Not to look, not listen, not to think.”But apparently this was not a full time assignment, because that very night Nyx was generically assigned to his “guard duty” during the ceremony. And considering the way Nyx used his role as an excuse to not talking to Luna (at least he tried, but Luna’s flirting attempts hit the score), we assume he was not meant to watch over her specifically. So probably that’s why the next day he was guarding the citadel.

From my perspective, Nyx received the order to watch over Luna just later, when Regis asked him to ‘see her safe to Altissia’, not before.

That’s why Luche asking Nyx where the princess is made me smile. It was like, 'hey, hero, didn’t you get close to the Princess enough yet? We bad guys thought you should stay with her the whole time.’

But again, he’s not the only villain who invested a lot of efforts in lunyx’s relationship xD

Do you remember Drautos smiling when he saw Luna and Nyx were talking? He totally hoped they would have bond, so Nyx would have give her the hairband which was programed to keep track of her.

And what about Ardyn? Totally a lunyx shipper too xD do you remember him raising his glass towards them at the ceremony?

Ok ok this could be me exaggerating a bit BUT STILL xD let me dream

The expression on Libertus’ face would have been enough to stop most people dead in their tracks. He’d been often told he smiled with his eyes, but that smile was nowhere to be seen. The stare that met Luche could have been made of stone. Perhaps the most unnerving thing might have been the lack of emotion. Usually impulsive and almost entirely driven by emotion, such a state in the Galahdan never boded well.

Instead of responding, he looked away at someone else outside the bars, fixing them with-- if possible-- a colder stare. Receding footsteps and rusting hinges screeching in protest were punctuated by a ringing clang as a heavy door closed. Slowly, his gaze returned to the other former glaive.

However, this time there was something edging its way into his stony gaze. Something reminiscent of his old fire. His voice, however, gave him away as much as his words. “I want you to tell me,” he began, voice cold but wavering with barely contained emotion, “what happened to the others.”

His eyes only just began to fill, but he blinked it away then added in a much harsher tone, “tell me everything.” This must have given him resolve as his tone steadied further. “I want you to tell me everything you knew about-- about--” but he couldn’t. So, instead he continued, “I want to know what happened to Crowe, Pelna, everyone-- even Tredd and those guys. Everyone.”

me too it’s just this one, all my RP blogs are salt mines and shitpost central. 

yeah, poorly explaining away the narrative is something tabata likes to do I guess. :\ gosh I know it doesn’t fit with the time line or make sense, but I really wish Cor and Luna got some interaction and him being her not-dad as well, and her being confused because she probably doesn’t have any parental figures in her life (I don’t think Ravus counts, not the greatest parent :p) and Cor not having children or anything so being completely unsure as how to take care of another person. I just

It was the wrong move and she knew it. Had she steeled herself and faced the brunt of the magitek trooper's attack, Crowe could have possibly survived the collision with simply a few broken ribs. But the brunette decided to try to stop herself and regain her footing, being able to return to the fight in mere seconds. Crowe's split-second decision was the wrong one. And it could cost her her life. She was crouched, back against the wall, and a raging behemoth racing towards her. "Shit." She muttered to herself. In her current position, the soldier did not have the time to return to her feet and dodge nor counter. "Maybe I should have listened to that ass," the brunette commented with a sigh. "Maybe Luche knows what he's talking about after all."
