‘ i’ve just been BUSY it’s nothing personal. ‘ the feline’s staring now, orbs of crimson stuck on the turtle a couple feet away from her. bat’s in her clutch. she just wanted to SWING. ‘ maybe we could hang out later. ‘ hell, she wanted to, but it was like this force within her making her incapable of social company right now, as though something BAD would happen those she let herself too close to. it was always like that, wasn’t it ? they’re all tired of her escapades.
🐢 mikey nibbled his lower beak, rubbing his arm as he took in what she said. he knows its nothing personal ---- it usually isn’t sometimes. maybe she needed to just have ‘ her time ‘ which isn’t weird either. however he has a nagging sense he did something wrong somehow. probably the anxiety in him talking.
he found himself getting quiet, hesitant && unsure what to say at first but simply nodded in the end. ❝ yeah .. i understand. if you wanna hang you’ve got my number, mae. plus if you wanna do some crimes together later i’d not be against it. ❞ he replied, voice uncharacteristically quiet as his chest burned from anxiety. stay calm, mikey, its nothing, its okay, she just needs SPACE.
