My great-grandma once told my aunt that you should never marry a man if he isn’t at least twelve years older than you because otherwise they’re too immature.

My Grandma also says that you shouldn’t put your blinker on when in a turn lane because all the people in the opposite lane will think that you’re going to cut in front of them.
One time my grandma was waiting in her car at an intersection that had stop signs on her part. She kept waiting for all the cars to pass so she could get across to the other side. The left turn lane was full of cars, and she got done waiting at one point. So she drove in the lane going in the opposite direction until she could get in to the left turn lane to get into the right lane.
Her response “Sometimes you just got to do it.”
