Having put her stuff away, or at least she shoved her suitcase under her bed, and explored the house, Emelina was free to begin the most important thing she could think of as she acclimated to the house. She found a fairly comfortable chair on the balcony, and a bottle of tequila in the kitchen. It was all she needed. She settled herself down in the chair and placed the bottle and two shot glasses - she figured in the spirit of becoming part of the group she would leave an open invitation for someone to join her.
She had already done two shots when she noticed someone else on the balcony. “Care to join me?” she asked, already filling up the spare glass and then nudging it towards them. It didn’t make a damn bit of difference to her that it was still the morning. She was always one to get a head start when she could.
