Equality
For a few years now I’ve been watching youtube and came across a video on a transgender male to female person and they shared their journey on transitioning. I subscribed to their channel immediately because I’ve never heard of such a concept of changing genders. Her name is Gigi. I watched her blossom into the person she wanted to be since she was a child. I find her so brave and fearless because she shared her life with the world through posting videos on youtube. The LGBTQ community has come so far. I wish there was something I can do; so I thought here I can jot my ideas to share with others that are interested in this vast subject of equality.
When I came across a story time video of “getting clocked for being transgender” I couldn’t stop thinking of how unfair and cruel people are.
How do we stop this? How do we convince people that everyone is equal? How long will we fight for equality? How many more things do we have to fight for before the fighters give up?
I will find a way to find a solution and help.
