Sweet House Cha Cha 栗子蓉北海道牛奶x抹茶雪糕($40) Lam脷: 5/5 抵食: 4/5 相機: 4/5 Sweet House Cha Cha 新出左期間限定既栗子蓉配軟雪糕 Vi不嬲都好中意呢度既軟雪糕， 好滑好香奶味 而栗子蓉亦好軟滑香濃， 估唔到同雪糕咁夾 但Vi建議配牛奶雪糕， 因為抹茶味太濃會蓋過栗子蓉既香味 地點:沙田新城市廣場City'Super The limited edition of Mont Blanc Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream is now in Sweet House Cha Cha! Vi always love the soft serve here as it was reli rich in milk n smooth. Surprisingly, mont blanc was very smooth n rich n matched with the soft serve as well. Vi suggests to choose milk soft serve only as matcha was too strong to cover the taste of chestnut.

沙田18 黑糖薑蕃薯雪糕($40) Lam脷: 5/5 鳯梨山楂雪糕($40) Lam脷: 3/5 抵食: 4/5 相機: 4/5 呢間中菜有好多fusion甜品! Vi試左兩款特別既雪糕 黑糖薑蕃薯雪糕好好味 好似食緊冰凍既蕃薯糖水咁， 面頭有黑糖薑條辣辣地幾特別 但太細球有d唔夠喉 而鳳梨山楂就較普通， 鳳梨味不太突出， 相反有好濃山楂味， 酸酸地幾開胃

地點:沙田凱悦酒店4樓 The fusion desserts here are attractive. The sweet potato with brown sugar ginger was surprising tasty. It was sweet n rich in sweet potato. Together with brown sugar ginger, it brought up an exciting taste of the whole ice cream. However, the pineapple with hawthorn was not very special. The hawthorn was outstanding while the taste of pineapple was thin.

沙田18 北京烤填鴨($340半隻) Lam脷: 4/5 抵食: 2/5 相機: 4/5 今日專登去沙田18食佢馳名既北京填鴨 師傅會o係你面前片出3個食法， 分別係鴨皮，鴨胸肉同皮連肉 鴨皮沾糖食，好香好脆 但Vi覺得太油膩， 其餘部位包薄餅加青瓜絲同黃麵醬 Vi較喜歡後者既食法， 薄餅夠薄，鴨皮連鴨肉食落更香， 包埋青瓜絲亦無咁膩 地點:沙田凱悦酒店4樓 The Peking duck will be served in three ways, skins, breast meat and leg meat with skin. The chef recommended to eat the skins with sugar. It was crispy but quite oily. Vi preferred eating the meat with skins with pancakes, soya beams paste n cucumber. It was very tasty n less heavy.

鱈日本料理 細角切魚生飯+烏冬定食($108 lunch set) Lam脷: 4/5 抵食: 3/5 相機: 3/5 平時好少黎北角， 今日試左呢間日本菜既lunch都唔錯 呢個set包左蒸蛋，烏冬，魚生飯同雪糕，好豐富 烏冬係手打烏冬， 但煮得淋左dd. 蒸蛋就不過不失. 最驚喜係魚生飯有好多料! 有蝦有三文魚有甜蛋有魷魚同不知名既魚外仲有三文魚子 魚生算新鮮而且多仲多過d飯， 三文魚好爽口，唔錯 地點:北角和富道18號莊士維港軒5-8號地舖 The lunch set included udon, steamed egg, diced sashimi with sushi rice n ice cream. The udon was a bit overcooked while steamed egg was average. It was surprising that there were lots of sashimi on the rice. The sashimi were fresh n of wide variety.

半熟工房 半熟芝士蛋糕($75/5) Lam脷: 5/5 抵食: 3/5 相機: 4/5 之前試過另一間出名半熟蛋糕店中大伏之後對半熟蛋糕無咩好感 今次買開芝士撻見咁多人買就買盒試下 呢度既半熟芝士蛋糕好有驚喜 所謂半熟並唔係流心， 而係質感好似半熟咁幼滑， 芝士蛋糕細細件， 食落好滑 芝士味香濃 蛋糕質感輕盈， 食成件都唔膩，好味 地點:尖沙咀金馬倫道6A The cheese cake is baked using a specail method that produces a "half-baked" texture. The cake was smooth n rich in taste yet light n fluffy in texture. It was a superb cheese cake!

半熟工房 半熟芝士撻($22) Lam脷: 4.5/5 抵食: 2/5 相機: 4/5 芝士撻既熱潮真係好強， 今次Vi試左半熟工房既芝士撻， 平日下午都要排半個鐘先買到 芝士撻比Bake大個， 食落撻皮好鬆脆好正 但有點油，而芝士餡係固體狀態無流心， 食落有淡淡芝士味而且香滑 整體都係好食既 但bake cheese tart既芝士味濃得多 如果唔想排咁耐可以食住呢個先 P.S.買完拎番屋企要小心,撻皮太鬆脆好易碎，Vi都碎左一隻 地點:尖沙咀金馬倫道6A The cheese tart from Hanjuku Kobo was delicious. The tart was very crispy n rich in butter but a bit oily. The cheese was smooth but not as rich as the one in Bake Cheese Tart. It was still a very nice try.

Mamma Mia Z Gelato 山竹+開心果意大利雪糕($44) Lam脷: 3/5 抵食: 2/5 相機: 4/5 呢間Gelato店標榜無糖無脂肪 攪到Vi食飽都忍唔住要試下 試左好特別既山竹味 酸酸甜甜幾清爽 但就唔太似山竹 而開心果味就好rich好creamy 仲有一粒粒開心果o係裡面 不過雪糕溶得太快 地點:紅磡船澳街99-109號紅磡商場地下21號B舖 The gelato here was no fat no sugar which attracted Vi to try even just after dinner. The mangosteen favour was quite special n seldom found in the town. It was sweet n sour n refreshing but not reli tasted like real mangosteen. Vi preferred pistachio more as it was rich n creamy. However, the gelato melted quickly.

La Vache! Steak with fries($258) Lam脷: 5/5 抵食: 4/5 相機: 4/5 呢間中環既法國牛扒店只有一個menu, 就係牛扒餐，薯條任食， 頭盤有沙律同法包。 牛扒會用蠟燭暖住， 牛扒熟得剛剛好 好淋好多肉汁而且肉味好香!! 配既係自家制蛋黃醬， Vi覺得原汁原味好好食 薯條好新鮮熱辣辣， 而侍應會不時走黎refill， Vi refill 左幾次tim 2百幾蚊有咁高質既牛扒同服務， 仲有情調既環境， 值得再去👍 地址:中環卑利街48號地下 There was one n only one menu in this french restaurant. The set included bread, salad, steak n unlimited fries. The steak was tender n juicy. It was served with homemade Bearnaise sauce but Vi prefers original favour. The unlimited fries was fresh n tasty as well. It is worth trying again!
