I restored these beautiful Dooney & Bourke handbags myself, as best I could, after shipping them to Dooney Repair wanting the trim replaced (not for free) to be told that they were UNREPAIRABLE and that I could purchase two new bags for half cost of my bags original price. Also, that if I decided to accept that offer Repair would destroy my bags. These bags are not unrepairable to the point that they need to be destroyed. I’m a forever lover of #allweatherleather Dooney. Absolutely nothing compares to the superior quality, craftsmanship and durability of these bags. When I was old enough to finally be able to afford and purchase one for myself the company discontinued AWL. I tried to love the other leathers, but for me I have #onelove I share this to say these bags will keep going when others give up on them. I didn’t know how they would turn out. I just knew they deserved a second chance. Lol I know I seem over-the-top, but not many material things matter to me.
