Vinyl paint recs?

Hey, cosplay hivemind: I need to paint a large area of fine fabric mesh with vinyl applique, like this:

I need something that will cover the vinyl completely without globbing up the fabric mesh. It’s part of a garment, and needs to remain flexible without cracking.

I have a number of brush-on paints that I’ve used for shoes and boots, but those will take a long time to cover the area and won’t work well over the fabric. Does anyone have any favorite flexible vinyl spray paints to recommend?
