Train Kept a Rollin' - Aerosmith. (cover) This song has been covered by many (originally performed by Tiny Bradshaw - in a jump blues style). Through the years the Yardbirds covered it, Led Zepplin and obviously Aerosmith. Each tweaking and making it their own style. Aerosmith is my favorite.
Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) - Livin' Thing. Toe tapping song, the violin is my favorite part. Or maybe the harmonies.
House of the Rising Sun - The Animals. Extended Version The beginning is a cappella, then it gets into the often played version from radio days. I just like the soul the singer has in the beginning.

Orianthi - Highly Strung feat Steve Vai Just jam session by two guitar players. No vocals at all. Instrumental goodness. Also Steve Vai's attitude towards the camera is hilarious.
