It's a song about putting your trust into someone who will support you, unconditional. In the beginning I always felt like it's Franky singing this to Robin, when she was still struggeling to open up and to trust. And while he sings it about himself to her, it's also about trusting her friends. Still, back then Franky was willing to die for her, just wanting her to trust him enough, so she would not die for her friends. This is why it's also about Robin. She was willing to die for her friends, support them unconditionally. Not that they would let her. And it's still like that. Everyone wants to protect Robin if she trusts her friends enough she can lay back in the arms of someone she loves… that is Franky obviously. :)

This was the very first song that was submitted this year. Shortly after I was driving home from my job. Another song was playing in the radio and I wondered if it would fit FRobin. It did not. But right after "Shut Up and Dance" was played and it made me almost cry. The song is not played very often at that station. This really is a FRobin song.

there's not. a specific thing that makes this song frobin, but it does give me the frobin brainworms real bad. im unable to think of anything BUT them when i listen to this song. so in my heart, it's an incredibly frobin song.
