I thought you were my friend....
PM: What? I am your friend.
Text: I should've said yes.
[Text]: Why didn’t you?
[Text]: I tried Ginny.
Private: I'm sorry for yelling at you.
PM: ...Sometimes I think we’re doomed to fight.

Bo grumbled as he tossed his cellphone on the floor. Abel had stepped out to get some food because Bo simply didn’t have any. Bo knew he needed to allot more cash for food and things, but this school kept pushing him. He needed his trips to town.
He laid, belly down, on the sofa, his cheek pressed to a pillow as the news rattled on mindlessly on the tv set across the room. It was white noise, something to distract him to think about his back and backside. His shirt was off and there were a couple bandages on his back, but mostly red welted stripes from his fifteen lashes.
He didn’t know what Virginia wanted or why she kept bothering him. Maybe she was into bad boys and was secretly hoping he’d take her against the wall in the bathroom. She was a good girl. She deserved better than to be hanging around trash like him. His eyes flickered upwards when he heard a knock on the door.
“It’s unlocked,” He hollered, not willing to move from his spot.

You still mad?
PM: Depends, do you still think I enjoy punishing people?
Because you put words in my mouth.
