There’s perhaps no other way to describe this park, than a fairytale land of cherry blossom dreams. This time last year, I reserved a day to venture just outside Paris, a short 30-minute train ride away, and spend the day capturing the popcorn pink blossoms at their peak. There’s a slim window during which you can catch the show, so you have to time it right. This year, the trees must be wondering where the hell we are. They will play to empty audiences, perhaps sad and disappointed that there’s no one to admire their blooms, drink in their fragrance and sit under their shade. Or, maybe not. Maybe they’ll be relieved to be left alone from the annoying humans who pose coquettishly and against their trunks for an endless number of selfies, or pluck their blooms heartlessly. In any case, here’s a short video compilation for a virtual visit to Parc de Sceaux, where cherry blossom dreams are made of. #cherryblossoms #virtualcherryblossoms #visitfrance #springinfrance #cerisiers #cerisiersenfrance #parcdesceaux #printemps #whenwetravelagain #travelgram #travelcommunity #travelingram #travelbag #cherryblossom #cerisiersenfleurs #springflowers #springflowers #springtime #igersparis #parismaville #cntraveler #travelandleisure #lonelyplanet #cnntravel #bbctravel #natgeotravel #cntraveller (at Parc de Sceaux) https://www.instagram.com/p/B-4RC1Eo91b/?igshid=6sjcoz4ndk1o
