20 Years Challenge - Day 8: Favourite practice moment

Worlds 2013 gala

So, this isn't my favourite, because I cannot choose. I'd already decided that I'd have to cheat for my official answer, because I was having trouble. But I popped in to pick out a photo from this practice and realized they're so cute that I could make an entire post about this one practice and still run out of room. But this practice really was right up there for me, as a whole. I mean, gala practices are, generally speaking, more relaxed. You also get to have the fun of watching them do a group practice on top of their own choreography. So at Worlds 2013, they hadn't won the medal colour they were aiming for, but I think they were relieved to be done -- a hometown Worlds had to be a lot of pressure -- and they were just enjoying the day.

1. First practice of the song "Put Your Head on My Shoulder". Scott had reached up and tugged her head down there.

2. The rest of the group is having instructions, but VM were busy talking together.

3. Spinning, just because.

4. Scott being Scott, and Tessa goes along with a laugh.

5. Slow dancing was required by the choreography. Cuddling wasn't.

6. Scott showing the group how real romantic slow dancing should be done. :D

7. And yet despite the silly, then they just whip out the prettiest dip.

8. Another run through means another long snuggle.

9. And another gorgeous dip.

10. To wrap up the group choreo, the head-on-shoulder move makes the cut for VM.
