There’s An App For That
I continued designing and prototyping the pages, making sure that everything is working.
Penguin Books
I looked at some of the Penguin’s book to get an idea of logo and barcode sizes that designers use for the books by this publisher.
Process Book Development
I'm still trying to achieve a style that appeals to me, and now, I'm finally enjoying looking at what my process book turns out to be.
As my designs have a lot of bright pinks and reds, I decided that the right thing to do would be to balance them out with a calm and slightly cool green or blue. To avoid making the design too boring, I decided to highlight all the vowel letters in the headings.

Process Book Development
Since I didn't like how pink the previous designs were, I decided that I should use the same idea - take the main colour from each design, but apply it only to the headings in my process book.
I also got rid of the capital F and other enlarged letters, as I was told in the tutorial that this doesn't help my intention to make the spreads clean and easy to explore.
I'm still not happy with the colour scheme, I feel like the colours of each project don't really go together, so maybe I should pick one for the whole book and not worry about the shades and how everything will look together.
There’s an App For That Wireframes
I made a digital version of the wireframes we drew during the workshop we had last week. This was to help us remember afterwards what icons/bars/supporting elements we need to create in Illustrator. I also wanted to quickly create a prototype to see how everything works and whether we need additional pages or not. Later on, other members of the group continued to design and work on prototyping each element.
