Visiony/Visionman (I think we’re still trying to suss out our ship name) where the vision, by virtue of having been a bodiless computer/AI/robot-entity for most of his past life, ends up, now that he has a more human body, experiencing symptoms close to touch starvation. 

Because he’s literally never been touched by anyone before. 

So Tony picks up on it (maybe he’s had experiences with touch starvation himself and recognizes the signs? or he just knows JARVIS the vision that well.) and take it upon himself to fix the problem.
