Rolled into Tennessee the night before last, to visit with family. There are many we haven’t seen in way too long and all of them have children we’ve never met- nor have they met Lumi! • We spent the day yesterday at my cousin’s farm. It is a large chunk of rural land tucked into the mountains outside of town. A peaceful haven and excellent place to connect to nature’s beauty with good people. • Side note: They also have a music festival out there (at the end of this month) which not only host amazing Americana musicians, but also supports their outreach campaign that provides food, coats, shoes and more to those in need. (You can find out more about all of it via @jamminathippiejacks) • It has been far too long since I visited and I was so happy to bring Nate and Lumi (And doggos) out to meet them. Everyone was blissed out running wild and free- starting with splashing in mud puddles (both baby + canine) and ending with playing in the creek. • That night was followed up back in town with the rest of the family having dinner. Truly it was magic and hard to leave.
