I think after I watched more Avatar: last airbender (for the fifth time?) I admitted to myself personally what my values were. So I visualized and wrote them down so I had a reference on paper for whenever I’d feel lost or uncertain about who I am. It’s a sort of manifestation anchor I suppose.
