han gyeong has always yearned to see her grandchildren grow before her own eyes. being able to spoil them and keep secrets with them from her own children was a precious memory she always believed she’d be able to enjoy someday. when yoogeon finally came along, showing his bright nature and adventurous side she knew her years would be full of treasured moments - yoogeon showing off the flower dance he learned in kindergarten, running through the herb fields as the sun set and scrambling into her room to hide from his parents when he’d done something wrong. all these desires of having that bond with her grandchild were short-lived following the divorce of taehwan and haewon though. with no say in what would happen to yoogeon, a scrapbook containing photos she could get her hand as he grew away from her was the only thing that could replace everything she had ever wished for as a grandmother.
