Hojo Sisters and Vocal Dolls
Any pripara fan would know that Sophie can’t do a live at pripara without consuming a red flash(pickled plum). We also pick up that she can’t properly function without performing at pripara according to the episode where Gloria takes the middle school’s pritickets. In conclusion from this evidence, it points out that Sophie’s Genious/Tensai powers of singing and dancing kinda comes from the magical sparkle of pripara(may or may not have contained inferncing to the max) Next we will examine the vocal dolls. We know that they are made by the girls’ feelings of wanting to be an idol. We also know that they can channel the prism voice(at least Falulu can). Also, Sophie’s sister Cosmo makes the Cylume outfits for all the idols. My theory is that the Hojo sisters’ ancester was probably a vocal doll that came out of pripara.
First, Sophie is gifted in singing and dancing that she does them perfectly every time as long as she eats her red flash. This is much like a vocal doll because they never make mistakes and are near-perfect on everything related to pripara performances.(Falulu was able to pull a cylume airy in Pripara TV without practicing a single bit) So, I predict that when Sophie’s vocal doll ancestor came out of pripara, she still had the ability to sing and dance perfectly. However as the generations passed, the singing and dancing skills started to decline because the vocal doll ancestors were living life outside of pripara. When they finally got to Sophie and Cosmo’s generation, a corruption in the pripara system apeared because the vocal doll was missing for such a long time. This resulted in Sophie’s energy taken away. The different taste of the red flash triggered something in the vocal doll family that made them perfect as they were before(as vocal dolls enjoy almost tasteless food as Falulu likes milk and Rinne likes hot milk)
Second, Sophie can’t live without Pripara. Or is it Pripara can’t live without Sophie and Cosmo? I think that when Sophie doesn’t perform at pripara for a certain amount of time, the system can’t function properly becuase they can’t determine which girls to send a priticket to(as vocal dolls are made with the girl’s feelings of wanting to become an idol) Pripara’s system makes Sophie come and do a live once in a while by making her not feel well(She’s related to a vocal doll, and vocal dolls are directly related to the system{Falulu wasn’t in Pripara when the system broke}) Also, isn’t it strange that a pripara idol(Cosmo) designs outfits while no body else does? Perhaps pripara needs Cosmo to make the cylume coords in order for her genious vocal doll pripara ancestor powers to embed something into the outfits so that pripara’s system functions properly.
Third, we see that all vocal dolls are lovely-type as their perfered brand is marrionette mu. The Hojo sisters are cool type. Some people may think that cool is kinda rebellious and gives a kakkoii image. In comparison, lovely is cute and it gives the impression of niceness and a kawaii image. Maybe when Sophie’s ancestor came out of pripara, she wanted to rebel against the norms of vocal dolls and channeled her connection to the system of pripara and made her daughter a cool type idol. This probably stuck through the generations of the Hojo family up to Cosmo and Sophie.
To summerize, Sophie and Cosmo are related to Vocal Dolls that went out of Pripara. This is based upon little fact and mostly imagination so this has a slim chance of being true/being proven by the anime.
