The face you make when you perform your new poetry piece and everyone tells you they love it..and you know you wrote your poem that same day. I am so grateful to have the ability to be able to write more. When I put my fear to the side and allow my raw emotions to find their way on a page I find peace. Writing is a form of healing for me and last night's poem was a deep one. I am proud of myself for going out and performing. Poetry is my passion and I love expressing myself. I had so much fun at @voicesinpower_. I was super excited to do the check-in for them and I got to greet every beautiful person who entered the room! The energy from last night was amazing! I hope you all just as much fun as I did! I can't wait until next months show I know it's gonna be crazy. It's their anniversary and I'm super excited about it. She also has a blast working with @unseen.misfit her energy was amazing and she stays had me laughing!! Sad we didn't take a picture together, hopefully, we get to take some together next time!
