🌍 Good Morning & Happy Wednesday 😁 ✨ IT'S HUMP 🐪 DAY ✨ How are we all ❓ How's everyone's weeks been ❓ I know kids have gone back to school now so are we enjoying the nonmore home schooling 🏫 or are we still trying to adjust from lockdown life 🤔 Let me know .... or come join me at 11AM for my brunch time chat 😁 So I saw this 👇👇 and thought about all the things I lost over the years..... Not just physically But jobs, relationships, friends, my health ........ All those things that at the time we take for granted sometimes until there gone 😒 Or the complete opposite..... we think its the most wanted & needed thing jn the world 🌎 but actually it is the one thing stopping us becoming our ........ 💪 ULTIMATE BEST selves 💪 At the time it may seem like the end of the world 🌎 or that nothing will get better. That the big, black ⚫ void now in our life is going to suck us up like a blackhole & this effects our mental health more than anything. I know I've been there & I was one of these that thought I would never be one of the people in despair or seeing just no future..... that void getting bigger & bigger, suffocating me 🙈 It took a while & help from those that are constant in my life, my anchors that ground me to this world 🌎 when it was spiralling ➰ But now..... looking back ...... all those changes & parts of my life that left, good 👍🏼 or bad 👎......... Set me in stead to be the person I am now ....... I have no regrets ..... I loved when I loved.... I cried when I needed to cry...... I danced in the rain 🌧 just because ...... all those fleeting moments lead to one thing...... ✨ SOMETHING BETTER ✨ So keep holding on, even if that black void of life is circling around you, because there is always something better coming your way ........
