If I could remember where I put this bloody thing, and on top of that my mysteriously vanished cup of paint brushes... I would get back to painting this! >.<
I recently moved out to the country, so my art supplies are split up between two houses, and some are just misplaced in a very safe spot I tucked them that is so safe, I forgot where it is! Oops.
Old sketch, from Perpich’s Gala(prom). The theme was a Masquerade ball, seeing all the ladies in hoop skirts and masks was absolutely fantastic, although it quickly got too hot to wear the masks.

These are some of my favorite doodles from about a year ago now.
Sneak peek into another drawing I have going on. One of the first ones I did after getting my tablet working, hence why it looks so strange... For the life of me, my hands just did not want to go realistic on proportions, and all I could sketch out were the weird lithe cartoony figures, so I just rolled with it xD
Whisperbranch, an elf who is not actually an elf, on the left, and my character Arion on the right. This was their first meeting, he showed up while she was busy digging foundation to lay walls in.
Here’s Arion again! Work in progress, I see this really as more of a concept sketch for her bow and dress. Also a practice at digital coloring in general - I am waaaaay out of practice, I only just got my tablet fixed up and working a little while ago, so I am delighted to be back at it.
That magic arrow bugs me to no end, if I get back to working on this piece, that’s one of the first things I will change. The fact she is not sighting down the arrow is intentional. Someone is in the middle of battling an uninvited visitor, and is distracted by seeing something else happening ;D
Sorry for the poor quality photo - Still stuck in the same boat as I was a year ago, the scanner is packed somewhere in a maze of unlabeled cardboard boxes. Somewhere... Someday.... I will find that thing! >.<
Another drawing from the story being written through Roleplay. On the left is the elven god Lord Redwood, and the lass on the right is my elf character, Arion. Planning ideas for a digital painting, I’ve got several sketches of how to do a giant tree person laying about, this is one of my favorites of Lord Redwood so far.
I set out to draw a time-consuming digital painting of a mighty Tree Lord standing beside the Sacred Tree Nithril Amar with my little elf character, and instead just did this strange cartoon thing.
Had fun doing it, though!
