Uganda opposition leader Dr.Kiiza Besigye was aggressively re-arrested in the capital Kampala for a fourth time today, amidst ongoing protests and rioting aimed at high food and fuel prices. Besigye’s car windows were smashed and teargas was sprayed directly in the car before President Museveni’s main challenger was thrown on a police truck.
