Hello Tumblr Friends,
To anyone who pays attention at all to what I post or whatever, I’ve got a very important life update and its not a good one. My sweet puppy, Wally, somehow got a puncture wound in one of his paw pads that has cause swelling, irritation, pain, and some bleeding enough that he can’t walk on it at all. He’s currently at the vet (as of 10am 7/7/19) and I’m very worried. The vet said that he will need to be on pain medication and antibiotics for the next 2 weeks and that they need to sedate him to further investigate the wound, clean it, and make sure nothing is left in it which comes out to a whopping $200. They wanted to do x-rays as well, but unfortunately would raise the cost up to $400+ and I just don’t have that money, so we are foregoing the x-rays for now and seeing what happens after some time on bed rest and on the medication.
If you’re the religious type, please pray for my sweet boy, if not please just keep him in your thoughts and send all of the positive and healing vibes his way. He’s my world and I don’t know what I would do without him.
