“I don’t even like you!”

Aziraphale turns away immediately, barely looking at Crowley straight in the eye. Because, as an angel, he’s not very good at lying now, is he? 

One can read his face. He doesn’t look certain of what he just said. It’s like he’s trying to convince himself by saying things out loud. But then facing away? It seems that Aziraphale’s running away from the fact that he clearly does like Crowley, who he still sees as a hereditary enemy up until this point. Thus, he is (visibly) too conflicted to confront this fact at the moment.

When Crowley says, “You do!” it is because he is certain that Aziraphale didn’t mean it, because he knows Aziraphale likes him to some extent at least. He’s not just teasing, or because he wants to tempt him more. He’s trying to be louder than the voice telling Aziraphale that they’re “supposed to be on opposite sides,” because Crowley has always been aware that there’s no such thing as sides. It’s just them against the world, ever since the beginning of time.
