A pair of documents would be sent to Lux’s desk in the Refuge, and duplicates would be filed with Seraph high command, and the Shining Blade.
In accordance with Krytan Law, the Rurikton Roses guild is hereby authorized to provide relief and medical aid to the people of Kryta. Furthermore, by the grace of Her Majesty Queen Jennah, the Rurikton Roses are cleared to offer aforementioned aid in the region around Lake Doric. Guild members are authorized to operate in the war zone at their own risk. Guild members who are citizens of Kryta will be accorded protection by the Seraph as forces are available. The Rurikton Roses are further cleared to provide their own protection details, provided those combatants remain with the guild members they are protecting, and do not interfere with Krytan military operations in the region. Relief personnel and their attaches are subject to Krytan Law, and the Krytan military high command.
By the power vested in me by Her Majesty, I hereby vouch for the parties documented here in, and assume responsibility for their actions within Krytan borders.

In citation of emergency measures in defense of the realm, I hereby authorize General William Rossi of Olivia’s Refuge to operate within Kryta’s borders as a Shining Blade attache and military asset. General Rossi’s rank and duties will be preserved and respected while operating in Krytan territory. General Rossi will be subject to the Krytan military code of law and chain of command, as will any under his command, while they operate in Krytan Territory. General Rossi will remain subject to the orders and wishes of his sovereign, Chancellor Luxelen Larkspur, while he operates within Kryta’s borders, except where those orders or wishes conflict with Krytan interests.
General Rossi’s Krytan military supervisor and acting commander will be Exemplar Cristian Eskara of the Shining Blade. The Krytan military supervisor is hereby charged responsible for General Rossi’s actions and operations in the field within Krytan territory.
General Rossi’s tenure of service to Krytan military efforts will be subject to the discretion of his supervising military official. General Rossi is free to request release from service at any time. Such a request is to be granted immediately without reservation in accordance with the respect due a foreign military officer
General Rossi is hereby authorized to command the Refuge Defense Force, his own command, within Kryta’s borders, as well as any Krytan military units he deems in need of leadership, provided that need is due to extenuating circumstances of battlefield emergencies and/or Krytan military authorization. All forces under General Rossi’s command, or that might fall under his command, are subject to Krytan military law, Krytan law, and the terms of this document. General Rossi’s forces are authorized to support Krytan military efforts and civilian relief efforts only.
Failure to follow the tenets of this document, or any violation of the terms of this document, will result in the immediate revocation of General Rossi’s authority in Kryta, and he will be immediately extradited back to Olivia’s Refuge along with all non-Krytan military personnel under his command. Violations will then be reviewed by the supervising Krytan military official, and the Crown to determine if further actions are needed.
I hereby authorize the terms of this emergency investiture, for the good of the realm, and by the power vested in me by Her Majesty Queen Jennah.
