Vic wanting to steal mc was something they planned in the past or just after the being of the story?
In the past, when they first found out Fran got a promotion, which was one year before the game starts, so Vic has been planning to steal Mousy away from Fran for one year now though their drunk and love to party, has made the plan harder to do but since Fran and Mousy are getting more distant, now it's the perfect time!
