7. Firm Kiss

Vergil looked at the number and blinked, not really expecting it. He just shook his head and turned to the okatana.

“You will have to forgive me… I have not kissed someone properly in years.” he mused, gently pulling the other forward against him. A hand rested on her hip while his free one thumbed over her cheek. He leaned forward, ghosting his lips over her’s for a brief moment before sealing them in a firm kiss, careful not to press too hard.

He broke off a moment later, looking down at her with a small smile, looking a bit awkward.

“Not the best you’ve ever had, I’m willing to bet.”
