It was a quiet place—an area entirely secluded from what seemed like the rest of the city, the world. The density of the surrounding trees as well as the possibility of odd wildlife lurking about kept individuals away he thought, or better put, he had hoped. Now he lightly sits atop a rather large rock amidst a nice clearing; with the handle of a wooden sword clasped tightly within his grip, he struggles on removing a certain keychain from the very end of its hilt. “Seriously...! They weren’t kidding when they said this thing won’t come off...!” The tone he uses is low, nearly gruff from the slight energy he exerts in trying to remove the said accessory. Using the ordinary approach in its removal is entirely abandoned at this point as his hand slowly moves to grasp its chain, whilst his other hand tightens around the handle. “Come... on! Get off already!” Using perhaps all his strength, he begins to continuously pull it in the opposite direction of the sword its attached to—but with no success, much to his dismay.
“Dammit!” Resentment gradually painting over his features, he inherently yells out in frustration, throwing the sword in question off to the side.
