daisy was contemplating whether she should visit fitz or not. herself wanted time alone after escaping hive’ s sway. but he shouldn’ t be alone because she knew what thoughts passed his mind. and while she had been brainwashed, fitz felt that it was himself who did those things. that this was who he truly was. and daisy couldn’ t turn her back on that. he’ d been sitting in the pod for hours and, although the door is open, the inhuman knocks nevertheless. she steps inside and sits on the pod across from him. she doesn’ t want to but she’ s reminded the time they went on a mission together. and she’ d been so confident about her powers that fitz ended up with a bomb on his neck. she’ s hurt him too, numerous of times and she hates herself for that. but she’ s not going to blame him for the man he was in the framework. the man who held her captive. because she knows that man is not fitz. he just needs time to believe that.
she doesn’ t know if she should say something and make him more uncomfortable. all she wants is to help something which she’ s not great lately. helping her friends. mack didn’ t listen to her. yoyo plugged herself in the framework. everything is crumbling down one more. but this isn’ t about her. it’ s about fitz. and she hates to see her best friend like this. “ you shouldn’ t shut yourself down from everyone else. it doesn’ t help. trust me. the guilt just keeps adding ‘till ... untill it’ s too much to bare. ” she’ s speaking from her own experience and she tries to hide her own pain because what fitz needs isn’ t daisy telling him his feelings. he needs to hear that he’ s a good man and that he’ s forgive. even if he can’ t believe that now.
